The answer to this week’s frog or toad is…. TOAD. It is a Common Midwife Toad (Alytes obstetricans) from the family Alytidae.
To tell that this is a toad, the dry, warty skin kinda gives it away. Also if you have advanced skills, you would know its a midwife toad because its carrying the eggs on its back.
