The answer is…. TOAD. It is a  Sambas Stream Toad or Bornean Rainbow Toad (Ansonia latidisca) from the family Bufonidae – the True Toads.  The key to telling if this was a frog or toad was ignoring the green color and look at how bumpy that skin is.
